Google has just released a new and very useful application to its Android Device Manager. Android Police is the Program which helps Android user to secure their lost or stolen device. Android Police has already looked at Android Device Manager v1.3.8, revealing that its only major new feature is the callback button.

When somebody turns on the screen of your phone, the lock screen will display a bright green button that can be used to automatically dial the number you've entered. This will make it a lot easier for a good Samaritan to reach you and coordinate the return of your hardware.

This feature is only work in smartphones -obviously- as tablets can't be used for calling purpose.

Earlier this year we heard rumblings that Google was planning to add a killer new feature to Gmail: An “unsubscribe” button at the top of every promotional email that would make it vastly easier for you to get rid of annoying promotions once and for all. Months later, it looks like Google is finally ready to take the wraps off the feature, which it touted on Wednesday in a new post on Gmail’s Google+ page.

“Sometimes you end up subscribed to lists that are no longer relevant to you, and combing through an entire message looking for a way to unsubscribe is no fun,” Google explained while unveiling the new feature. “Now when a sender includes an ‘Unsubscribe’ link in a Promotions, Social or Forums message, Gmail will surface it to the top, right next to the sender address. If you’re interested in the message’s content, it won’t get in the way, and if not, it’ll make it easier to keep your inbox clutter-free.”

For those of us who have used Gmail for years and have become dismayed at how much garbage has been flooding into our inboxes lately, this is an incredibly welcome addition that will hopefully make checking our email enjoyable again.

Dozens of commuters in western Australia have tilted a train to free a man trapped between the carriage and the platform during the morning rush hour in the city of Perth.
Staff and commuters at Stirling station managed to lift the carriage after the man slipped and got his leg stuck. It took two pushes for the man to dislodge his leg and set himself free.
He was not badly hurt, and caught the next train.
